Sub-Network Guidelines

Affiliate Subnetwork

An affiliate subnetwork is a business model in which Grin Technologies Inc. (in connection with the Gia Affiliate Program) maintains a business relationship with a Third-Party Network and operates as a sub-network. In this business model, the Affiliate Program enables Affiliates to access and utilize Third-Party Network affiliate links via the Affiliate Program (“Third-Party Links”). Grin remains the merchant of record for any Customer Transaction resulting from any Third-Party Links, however, the applicable Third-Party Network governs all other aspects of the use of Third-Party Links, including without limitation, any resulting Customer Transaction and associated Commission rate, terms and conditions.

Subnetwork Compliance

When utilizing Third-Party Links, all applicable Third-Party Network terms, conditions, policies, guidelines or other requirements (“Third-Party Policies”) apply to you as the affiliate, creator, publisher or other applicable designation. You must ensure that you remain in compliance with the applicable Third-Party Policies. The list of current Third-Party Networks and associated Third-Party Policies are set forth below, The below list is not intended to be exhaustive and you are responsible for Third-Party Policies regardless of whether the below list is up to date.

It is your responsibility to review the below list and any other applicable Third-Party Policies regularly to ensure compliance. If you are non-compliant, it may result in a suspension of your Affiliate Program account. Multiple instances of non-compliance may lead to termination from the Affiliate Program. If you do not agree with a Third-Party Policy, you may not access or utilize the associated Third-Party Link.
