Brands
Shopify is currently the primary integration for gifting and affiliate tracking. We’re expanding platform support — if you’re on a different e-commerce platform, check back for updates!
Gia scores creators across 180 attributes using a decade of real brand-creator transaction data — not just follower counts or engagement rates. It looks at verified revenue, content quality, niche alignment, and audience overlap to recommend creators that match your specific brand profile.
Unlike platforms that scrape public profiles, GRIN’s creator network is built from 10+ years of actual brand deals. Every transaction-verified creator has real revenue data tied to their profile — meaning Gia knows how they perform, not just what they’ve posted.
Most brands have their program live within 10 minutes and see qualified creator applicants within the first 24 hours. Gia starts sourcing immediately after setup — you don’t wait for a sales cycle, onboarding call, or implementation period.
No contracts. No minimum commitment. You can start free, scale up when you’re ready, and scale down if priorities shift. You pay for active creators and workflows — not seats you might not use.
Most platforms give you a database and a search bar. Gia is an intelligent CRM built from the ground up — it proactively sources, recruits, activates, and retains creators on your behalf. It’s not AI layered on top of old software. It’s a native execution layer trained on real transaction data.
Even better. Gia can layer on top of your existing relationships. Import your roster, and Gia will start managing retention, finding similar creators, and automating the workflows your team is currently doing manually. You’ll see immediate time savings.
Absolutely. Gia recommends and does the legwork, but every creator goes through your approval. You decide who makes it into your program — Gia just makes sure you have a steady pipeline of qualified options to choose from.
GRIN started as the leading influencer marketing platform and has evolved into the first AI-native creator management platform. Gia goes beyond traditional influencer marketing software — she doesn't just help you find influencers, she runs your entire creator program from discovery through retention. If you're looking for an influencer marketing platform that actually operates autonomously, GRIN is it.
Most creator platforms — including CreatorIQ, Aspire, and Traackr — give you tools and dashboards that still require your team to do the work. GRIN is fundamentally different: Gia is an AI agent that executes your creator program end to end. Discovery, outreach, activation, retention — automated, not just assisted. Other platforms help you manage creators. GRIN manages them for you.
GRIN works well with all brands, but specializes in DTC and e-commerce brands across beauty, skincare, fashion, fitness, food and beverage, home goods, wellness, and lifestyle. Whether you're an emerging brand or an established name, Gia adapts to your industry's creator landscape and audience.
Creators
Yes, always. GRIN is completely free for creators. You’ll never be charged to join, get matched, or receive offers. Brands pay for the platform — you just create.
No hard minimums. Brands on GRIN look for creators across all sizes — micro to macro. What matters is the quality of your content and how engaged your audience is.
Connect your social accounts and GRIN’s AI analyzes your content, niche, audience, and engagement. It matches you with brands whose products and audience align with yours. Offers come to you — no pitching required.
DTC brands across beauty, skincare, fitness, food, fashion, home goods, wellness, and more. Real brands with real products — not dropshippers or random offers.
Earn affiliate commissions every time someone buys through your link. Tracked in real-time, payouts on a regular schedule. No invoices, no chasing anyone.
Not at all. Review every offer, check out the brand, and only accept what feels right for you and your audience. Your authenticity matters more than anything.
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. Connect the platforms where you’re most active and brands will find you based on the content you create there.
Absolutely. GRIN adds to your existing partnerships. Get access to new brands, plus tools to manage your growing portfolio of deals in one place.
Earnings vary by niche, audience size, and engagement — but creators on GRIN have earned over $215 million collectively. You earn through affiliate commissions on every sale you drive, free products through brand gifting, and paid partnerships for sponsored content. Many creators earn from all three simultaneously.
Absolutely. GRIN has no follower minimums. Micro-creators with highly engaged niche audiences are some of the most sought-after partners for DTC brands. GRIN's AI matches on content quality and audience fit, not follower count — so if your content resonates, brands will find you.
GRIN for brands does not yet work with TikTok Shop clients, but GRIN for creators supports TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. As TikTok Shop continues to grow, GRIN helps TikTok creators get matched with brands that are actively building their presence. Connect your TikTok account and start getting matched.
Intelligence
General-purpose AI tools have no context about your creators, your brand, or your program history. Gia is purpose-built for creator management — she operates from a unified data layer that includes social performance, commerce history, content analysis, and your brand-specific context. She doesn't just answer questions. She runs workflows, makes decisions, and takes action across your entire creator program.
Gia uses a two-layer scoring system. The Observable Score analyzes public signals — audience quality, engagement depth, content relevance, and platform consistency. The Commerce Score uses real transaction data from actual brand-creator partnerships — revenue driven, conversion rates, and ROI per creator. When both layers are available, they merge into a confidence-weighted composite that gets more accurate with every transaction.
Yes — if you want her to. Gia offers three operating modes: Skills (on-demand tasks), Coaches (guided strategy), and Workflows (fully autonomous operations). In Workflow mode, Gia handles discovery, outreach, activation, and retention end-to-end. You can set approval checkpoints at any stage, or let her run fully autonomously. The controls are always available.
Never. GRIN's CRM uses a two-tier architecture. The Global Creator Record contains universal creator data (public profiles, scoring, content). The Brand Context Layer is completely private — your notes, tags, fit scores, and campaign history are visible only to your team. Gia reads from both layers, but your brand context is never shared.
Most platforms that claim AI use it for isolated features — a chatbot here, a recommendation there. Gia is architecturally different. She operates from a unified intelligence layer that connects social data, commerce history, content performance, and brand context. She doesn't just assist — she executes. Discovery, outreach, activation, scoring, retention — all running from one intelligent system trained on a decade of real transaction data.
Partners
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard for connecting AI systems with external tools and data sources. It was introduced by Anthropic and has since been adopted by OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, and hundreds of other platforms. GRIN uses MCP because it means partners build once using a protocol they likely already know — and their integration works natively with Gia's intelligence layer. No proprietary SDK. No custom API to learn.
If you already have an MCP server, you're most of the way there. GRIN's partner layer uses the same MCP protocol that powers tool ecosystems at OpenAI and Anthropic. You'll need to register your capability in the GRIN catalog and define the context Gia needs to recommend it — but the core protocol work is standard MCP.
Gia evaluates brand context — what they're trying to accomplish, what data they have, what stage of their creator program they're in — and matches it against what your capability does. Recommendations are based on relevance and past performance, not ad spend or bidding. The more value your integration delivers, the more Gia recommends it.
Brands subscribe to your capability and pay to use it within their creator program. You set your pricing model — per use, per month, or per workflow — and earn revenue directly from brand subscriptions. GRIN handles billing, and your capability earns as long as brands keep using it.
That depends on your capability's scope. Permissions are defined at registration and enforced at runtime. Read-only integrations can access creator profiles, scoring data, and program analytics. Write-enabled integrations can trigger actions like outreach, gifting, or workflow updates — but write operations require escalating levels of brand approval. Your capability never sees data from other organizations.
GRIN's partner platform is launching soon. Apply for early access to be part of the first cohort of partners building on Gia. Early partners get direct support from the GRIN team, priority catalog placement, and input into the partner program roadmap.
Yes. GRIN is a two-sided network — brands and creators are both active on the platform. Your MCP integration can expose capabilities to brand-side workflows, creator-side tools (via the GRIN mobile app), or both. Build once, reach both audiences.
